Often times I run into people who have purchased a Blackberry Storm (RIM's new touchscreen Blackberry) and are running into all sorts of issues with it. Verizon just released the brand new OS (operating system) update! Whether it's their face touching buttons on the screen when they are on the phone, the camera acts funny or the browser experience is miserable the new update will fix all your problems!

The people I have helped to update their phones to the new OS have completely changed their minds about the device and are falling in love with their phone all over again. This update should keep you happy until the Storm 2 gets released within a 6 month time period
